Where are my saves?
In Apple’s Files app, look under On My iPhone or On My iPad for the Baldur’s Gate or Baldur’s Gate II folder, then open its visible save folder. Baldur's Gate Editor remembers the folder you choose for each game.
Does the app overwrite my original save?
No. Saving modifications creates a new folder named as an edited copy next to the original. Your source save remains unchanged.
Why does a save not appear?
Confirm that you selected the game’s save folder rather than the game’s top-level folder. A supported save folder must contain its game data file, typically BALDUR.gam.
Does Baldur's Gate Editor upload my save?
No. Save reading and editing happen on your device. The app has no accounts, analytics, ads, tracking, or network-based service.
Which games are supported?
The app is designed for supported iOS saves from Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition and Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition.
How do I remove remembered access?
Choose another folder to replace the remembered location, or remove Baldur's Gate Editor to delete its local preferences and folder bookmarks. Your game saves remain in Files.
